The Jacobson Culinary Academy operates out of a 13.5 million dollar facility built on the campus of Tarpon Springs High School in 2009. Funded by the Ryan Wells Foundation, Hooters, Outback Restaurants and the Pinellas Education Foundation, the academy is dedicated to teaching Culinary Excellence.
